What is this service?

This service implies that for a fixed fee, we will help you move your Joomla site to a new server location

This will include:

  1. Files restore

  2. Database Restore

  3. Configuration update of the Joomla related extensions

  4. We will offer assistance full assistance for any problems encountered from the move

How does it work? 

  The service works on a simple principle:

  A. you first open a ticket here and inquiry about a site move by including the url

  B. after we reply with our availability, you need to make a purchase for one Site Move Service

  C. in the ticket you need to sent us these details:

       C1. Original site:

           - Joomla admin details and url

          -  ftp details, which includes server ftp address, user and pass

       C2. Restore location:          

          - ftp connect details(ftp server address, user and pass)

          - new mysql server details(mysql host, user, pass and database) or access to a mysql manager area

         - a temporary url from where we could access the new site, needs to be available online 

Is sending these details safe?

    We have no intention of giving any of these details away, they can be either some temporary details so we can transfer the data or they can be changed after we have finished the move! Either way, after the process is complete all private data will be deleted from the system on request!

How do I purchase this service?

  You will need to first register on the sign-up form, make the payment and return to our site to open the Support Ticket where you need to include the above specified details

  After making the purchase the client is responsable in sending us the necessary move details through our Ticket Support System, or by skype(id: joomlaplug)

  Each purchase will allow the client to request one Support ticket for the move of one website
