JoomlaPlug!

I am having problems with both the urls in the ver.txt file from the zip as well as the ones from http://www.joomlaplug.com/files/ver.txt when I go to install.

Here is the readout I get:

I suggest you use our other tool called JoomlaDesktop, with your current host config settings you won't be able to use JoomlaStart
