ANJEL cannot show my subscribers 2 Years, 6 Months ago  
my ANJEL newsletter database is unable to show the subscribers!!!

worst, those that have added under the 'unsubsrcibed list' is all gone.

what went wrong??? i only went to update my ANJEL (update - install a different version) & everything is gone!!

please help!

Sounds like when you uninstalled the component, the data was also deleted, but beside unsuscribe list, did you lost anything else? Don't you have a backup in place of the site?

oh no!!! that's bad news.

no backup...

the thing is, i just updated the version, u mean the data can also be lost that way???

ok,i figured out the problem...

but now the thing is, my unsubscribers list is gone, & i didnt do a backup, which means i can never retrieve that info again?

if yes, i am screwed...

You will have to ask the developers if they can help you, maybe they have made some updates to the code, but the data might be in the database!
