I just found out that my preferred hosting solution removed Joomla from the latest release of Fantastico.

And did not bother to tell anyone........

I found your Joomla Desktop and Starter programs and hope they will help resolve my installation problems.

HOWEVER!! I have tried the Joomla Desktop Installer twice, and the same error occurs. The software stops at 43% Completion.

Can you please help with this? A GIF is attached.
I am not sure what - if anything - the Windows error report is saying.

Do I have to create any SQL Databases for this domain/sub-domain and Joomla Install instance?

Success! Don't forget to set your PERMISSIONS.

Duh! Use your FTP Program or CPanel to access the Domain, or Sub-Domain directory and ensure that your file permissions are set to 777 - full Read Write Access.

Glad you got it working, and if you feel like sponsoring our future development, you might want to consider to purchase a JoomlaCloner license so you can backup and restore, if needed, all your Joomla sites!
