I got this message:

Could not create archive! Unable to open file '//.grc' in binary read mode [code -2]

I also getting 500 server errors so I am only selecting one directory. It still fails.

My webhost provider Yahoo does not allow .filenames.

Now all I am getting is server errors.

Help Please

Hi there! Please go here http://www.joomlaplug.com/component/option,com_waticketsystem/Itemid,43/ and open up a support ticket, include there your ftp and administrator details and we will check the problem!
