Problems unzipping the Backup 2 Years, 8 Months ago  
Hi,
I just bought the component and tried to backup and restore a site. Backup creates the zip file but it cannot be unzipped! It seems that the backup process does not complete successfully. I don't see any error messages except that at the end of Backup I get the a "Page not found ..." web page in return.

Thanks for any help.

Hi there! Could you go here http://www.joomlaplug.com/component/option,com_waticketsystem/Itemid,43/

and open a ticket support, include in it also your backend end Joomla admin details!
