Hello do you have an indepth detailed manual for going through each and every step of doing all the things available in this tool as well as how to deal with all the troubleshooting tha may be involved?

If not please create one, also I second the idea for doing it all in tutorial videos, they are easiest to learn from if done properly with all the details shown on screen for each step and an audio voice taking you through everything at the same time.

Regards

Hello thank you for the videos, but please make them more detailed especially a video on how to move a site and the mysql database and then put it on another site with a different domain name, I feel the details in your videos were not explained enough and therefore I still do not understand what I want to know at all. It was too much of an overview only, more details and explanations are needed for each step and the why behind each step. Also please do voice over.

Also I want to know how I am supposed to restore a backup or move a site if my whole site gets hacked and I can't even get into the backend joomla admin to access your component in the first place. I was hacked recently and I couldn't even get into the administrator area at all so I had to reinstall the entire site, so how could I have restored anything with joomlacloner if I could not even access the administrator area to begin with?

Please many more details in the videos or a manual.
Thank you.

To restore the backup all you need to do is to copy the clone you have to the restore location and get the Joomla.Cloner.php script from inside your com_cloner.zip archive and copy in the same directory as your backup, then launch Joomla.Cloner.php in your browser!

Through the configuration screen you will be able to restore your original site!

Let me know if you have any questions! Ovidiu
