I browsed through this forum and I found out that the "blank screen" is a common problem with JoomlaCloner.
Can I make a suggestion? Instead of asking them to open support ticket and asking them to send you their Joomla admin details and URL, can't you just post a step by step diagnosis and propose a solution on how to remedy that common error? Though your solution adds some personal touch to the support service, it benefits only those who send in their Joomla admin details. Since the error seem to be a common problem, the solution should be posted as a common reference (and maybe add it to a future documentation).
Just my suggestion.
...'coz I too am getting that blank screen when I attempt to make a full backup. All the minor details you proposed didn't work on me.
