DROP Syntax 4 Months, 3 Weeks ago  
Just a quick question please; should I tick the drop syntax box or not every time I back up ?

I gather it depends on whether I restore to an empty database or not. If I need to restore then I presume I will be doing it to a new and thereforeempty database - consequently I do not need to tick the DROP syntax box.

Is the logic correct please ?

Hi there! Yes, the login is correct, so you only need to check it when you need to restore to a non-empty database
