Hi i downloaded your latest version today and tried to backup the database but i get this error

Backup failed! Please check that you have support for the zip utility(/usr/bin/zip or /usr/local/bin/zip) on your server and the path you set it's corect in Configuration!

I have checked and zip is in /usr/bin/zip which is in the config i have even tried /usr/local/bin/zip but i still get the error.

Hi i have just tried the full backup too and i get the same error

Hi i have just checked my logs and found this error (removed names and replaced with xx)could this be the length of the file name is too big.

zip error: Could not create output file (backups/backup_2006-06-26_12-26_xxxxxxx_xxxxxxxxxxxxx_net-sql-drop.zip)
zip I/O error: No such file or directory

Hi i found the error you have to make sure you use the full path to the backup folder /home/user/backup

hey there, yes you need to put the full path as specified in the config area! about this error "Backup failed! Please check that you have support for the zip utility(/usr/bin/zip or /usr/local/bin/zip) on your server and the path you set it's corect in Configuration!", means that you don't have the zip utility on your server, and you need to go in config and uncheck the Activate checkbox near the zip line!
