Unfortunately i have no idea what the issue is in your case, so please open a support ticket and send me your Joomla admin details and url to check the issue! After creating the backup, do you get a success message screen?

As we checked, the backups are complete, however if you plan on using the web browser to download them, it would be better to set "Enable direct download link" option to Yes in your JoomlaCloner Config->System tab, or better to use a ftp client to download the files directly to your computer!
