I keep getting the following:

Total process: 100% out of 1 files
Processing files 0 to 1 for backup file /home/prudenti/public_html/administrator/backups/backup_2008-07-12_08-38_www.prudentialhighlandproperties.com-sql-nodrop.tar!
Current backup size: 0 bytes


New backup size: 0 bytes
All done! Manual Backup process finished! Click here to continue


What could be wrong? Trying it about 1000 times, both older version and the xcloner. Everything seems to work fine, directory is writeable (creates the file)

You need to check if your Joomla root directory is readable by all users, try 750 permissions, and also check the disk space, make sure you have some available

If you still have issues, open a support ticket and send us your Joomla and XCloner admin details to check the issue
