XCloner Restore not finishing process 3 Months, 1 Week ago  
I have tried and tried both move and clone with no success. I get to
XCloner Automatic Restore!

Connected to localhost, for user xxxxxxxxx, starting transfer...
Current directory is now: /public_html

and then just stops.
Using XCloner & Joomla 1.5.? with vituremart

I suggest you use the "Install files directly" option checked instead of the ftp mode on the XCloner.php screen

Additionally yuo should also check the "Restore by using server utilities zip/tar" option

Well, that did not work. Now I get just the "XCloner Automatic Restore!" and then nothing. So strange, I have previously successfully moved the same site. It is just being moved from a sub directory to the root directory. Any other suggestions? Maybe my ISP is a bit slow today? I could not get the file to extract manually from the cpanel either.

This is a great component, I know it is something on my end and not XCloner.

Thanks for your help.

Open a support ticket and send us your restore location ftp+mysql details to see if we can help
