Ohenly backing up database 4 Months, 4 Weeks ago
|

I have got Xcloner installed on a website and for some reason, it seems to me any backing up the database, none of the files. It has worked on other websites perfectly okay so I don't know why it is doing it

1. Did you set the "Backup start path:" value corectly in your XCloner Config area?
2. Is you Backup start path readable, apply 750 permissions
3. make sure open_basedir is set to Off in your site php.ini config and safe_mode is Off
Hope it helps! Ovidiu

the path seems correct. The Xcloner has a file permission of 755. I'm not sure what you mean regarding the third set of instructions you gave me.
open_basedir is set to Off in your site php.ini config and safe_mode is Off
where can I find this?
if it helps, when I click continue, I then get a window telling to please click to continue. Then it goes straight to the window listing all the files. at the top is:
Total process: 100% out of 95 files
Processing files 0 to 89 for backup file
I did change the path to whether backup ends up in the file size increased, but it's still not backing off a whole website
