Hi all, I've just done may first backup and noticed that the \administrator\backups\database-sql.sql is blank. All the files are backing up OK just not the database. Did you checked on server if you have support for the "mysqldump" utility? If you don't support it, i would suggest either uncheck the 'Activate' checkbox near the mysqldump line in Config or install the utility on server! Let me know if you managed to get it working! Regards, Ovidiu

Ah. OK. You'll have to bear with me a bit I'm afraid. 1. How do I check for mysqldump? 2. If I deactivate it will it still backup the sql data? Thanks in advance for any help/advice/etc.

You can check it from the shell console(command: "locate mysqldump&quot but better ask your support for it! If you uncheck it, the backup will still get generated, but it will be used a php script instead of mysqldump utility! Ovidiu
