Strange things happening - message in browser D 2 Years, 6 Months ago
I wondered if anyone can help me please?!! Wink

I set up my joomla site on a subdomain http://www.new.mysite.com. I have opensef enabled and all was working perfectly when on the subdomain.

I am running 1.09 - but will be upgrading to 1.10 when I get this problem sorted!

However, since transferring my site to http://www.mysite.com a few funny things are happening.

1. On a couple of content items I get this error message appearing in the browser when trying to view the item

DEBUG: row->store() failed!

2. I cannot add any new content, as I get the same message appearing in the browser. I have also tried to delete the content but despite doing this, the content still remains in the backend.

I cloned the site using Joomlacloner, and wondered whether this was anything to do with it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there! Not sure what happens, but if you could open a ticket and send us your backend login details to check it out, we will see what we can do!

Please use the purchase email account to open a ticket!

OK, the problem is pretty simple, the mysql server has a value in config that modifies the Auto_Increment option by default, all you need to do is to add in your Configuration area instead of "mysqldump" this line "mysqldump --opt ", that will fix the auto_increment problem!
Also you need to regenerate the clone and restore it again to the new location!

Let me know if you got it working! Ovidiu
