That path is correct, however that is not a full cron command, you need to add in front of that path the server pointer to the php executable, lie /usr/bin/php or simply php, so the full command would look like:

php /home/control/public_html/mack3design/administrator/components/com_xcloner/cloner.cron.php
notice the space between the items Ovidiu
