exec problems 2 Years, 6 Months ago  
Hi,

i have some problems by generating backups. My Provider doesnt allow exec Commands. Is there anything i can do to get the cloner working anyways?

Hi there! You need to go into your COnfiguration area and uncheck the Activate checkboxes near the zip and mysqldump functions!

ok thanks.

one more problem. My provider doesn?t support zip. Only Gzip & unzip. When i insert the path of gzip it doesn?t work.

If you don't have support for the exec function, it doesn't matter if you support the zip or mysqldump utility! When you uncheck those Activate boxes, the component will use the internal php system to generate the clone!
