Greetings,

I just purchased this and attempted my first back up and it failed with these errors:

Backup failed! Please check that you have support for the zip utility(/usr/bin/zip or /usr/local/bin/zip) on your server and the path you set it's corect in Configuration!

How can I fix this? I also checked the paths for zip and mysqldump and they are correct.

I would suggest you check this directory /usr/www/users/solari/lucid/ultralights/forums/forum, you might have created there a recursive symlink, so try and delete that!

Let me know if you still get that zip utility problem after that, if yes, i will need to look on the backend, so send me your admin details in the ticket and admin url!
