Need help with Command to Run 1 Year, 11 Months ago  
Hi,

First of all many thanks for such a usefull component.

I am trying to setup a cron job to save a html file from a website to my server.

I tried this with SSH Command but no luck.
wget http://www.website.org.uk/statistics_current.htm > home/s/o/somename/images/stories/nisab/gold.htm

I am not sure how to enter this in. Can you please help?

Try to use this as ssh command

"links http://www.website.org.uk/statistics_current.htm "

or try to switch the cron type to Web Command, and simply use

http://www.website.org.uk/statistics_current.htm

Thnx for the reply,

Does these two commands save that html files some where on my server?

I want to save that file on my server once every day so that I can use data from that file for rest of the day.

Is that possible using JCron?

Atached the image with the settings I am trying.

The cron log is stored in the database, however you will need to create a php script if you would like to save the cron out put to a specific file!

So, what you need to do is a php script that when run will call up that url and write the specific file! This php script will be the one to run in JCron using a url or a shell command to execute as specified before!
