i've try like you suggestion above

but it's still not run

at my frontpage, there are activity fro me and onother user too

Have you checked if you have the exec() function is enabled on your server? if it's now, then this would be the explication of why the shell command won't run

I would advise if allow_url_fopen php.ini variable is set to ON, to switch the Command type to Web and change the cron command to the web address http://mysite.com/../feedgator.php and see how it goes
