Could you attach here a screenshot of the JCron file listing you see there? The component has an images/ folder in the package folder, and it contains three files!

Yes, you are missing the images/ folder, it is present inside the jcron component archive from the joomlacode site. i suggest you redownload the component and try to extract it manually on your computer

ok I found it now which one do I select JCron1.3 or the scheduler
