Can someone tell me if/how I could use this to regularly set my cache folder ownership from 99 (apache) to User? Something keeps changing it back to 99!

Hi there! Unfortunately i don't think you can do this through the JCron component as it won't have enough permissions, better ask your hosting support if they have a cron manager on their server you could use and if they can allow that

It turned out there was a script running that did this. problem solved, thanks.
