how to run the particular file

I would advise chancing the Task type to FSockopen, that should help for accessing a url

How to run the particular file..

Well as you can check the resulted message, the cron runs, however it sends out an error message saying "Restricted access", you will need to contact the developers to check if you setup the correct url for cron
