I think you have a permission error on the site, you need to change all permissions from within this location /components/com_roundcube to 755 including the top directory /components/com_roundcube

When that is fixed, this link http://network.com.ph/components/com_roundcube/ should not show anymore the 500 error

I don't think it has some thing to do with the permission. Here is the error:

I think it has something to do with the URL. There is a space between network.com.ph and the &quot;/&quot; above ...

Edit: It's not about the URL.. I don't know .. but permission is okay now

I had no problem with installing roundcube before. What I did that time is change the permission of log and temp folder to 777 and that's it.<br><br>Post edited by: Tranmir, at: 2007/06/05 19:06

I have updated the package on the JoomlaCode page, maybe the .htaccess was causing you problems! Try and reinstall the component with the updated one, and also change the permissions upon this dir components/com_roundcube to 755 if they are not set like that!
