Dear all,

I got a problem with message text..when people send mail by use ms outlook.. please see the picture.

Ok, the message in my account appears with a lot of ????? marks, is that message using special characters or encoding?

Please send an email also if that page source code from your browser to see if there is something further to see! Ovidiu

Open the page where you see the webmail message with the issue, and go into your browser menu items and look for the View Source option to get the html code for that page!

Send me that code to analyze it!

If you use Firefox, all you need to do is hit CRTL+U on your keyboard to get the html source code!
