Looks like I got it working.

Funny, all it took was to change Auto Create Users to TRUE. I had it set to FALSE since I thought this meant create a new user on registration to joomla. Guess it means on first ACCESS to roundcube webmail.

Oh well, seems to work now, thanks me .
