Installation trouble 3 Months ago  
I start installation but there's some trouble:

Checking php.ini/.htaccess settings
magic_quotes_gpc: NOT OK (is '1', should be '0' )
Sorry but your webserver does not meet the requirements for RoundCube!
Please install the missing modules or fix the php.ini settings according to the above check results.

I put php.ini in RoundCube folder and its subfolders that contains .php files, with below settings. Should I edit .htaccess and how?

magic_quotes_gpc = off
file_uploads = on
session.auto_start = off
error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE

Have you checked if the above php.ini upload process is correct? It might not have any effect on the server, the best way would be to contact your hosting provider with those errors and ask them where you can edit your php.ini file
