Generating backup 9 Months ago
Hi there, I have a strange situation.
I generate the full backup. I DO NOT exclude any files. Everything seems ok, however after downloading the .tar or .zip and extracting it there is NO directories. Only some .php files.

Regards,
Spamak

Hi there1 Have you checked if the downloaded backup size is the same as on the original site? If so, i suggest you set "Manual backup" option to Yes in your JoomlaCloner Configuration, and also uncheck both "Active" checkboxes!

Let me know if you have anymore issues! Ovidiu

Unfortunatelly I have the following configuration:
Manual backup: Yes
Include backup directory in clone: No
Archive Type: Zip Tar (I've examined both types)

I have also UNCHECKED both Active checks

From the backup size you have there no Joomla files are included in the backup, have you checked if your Joomla root directory is readable, apply 755 permissions on it! If you still have problems, open a ticket and send us your Joomla admin details and url to check the issue!
