I am using JCloner Component...
I get the following after attempting to back up my site..

SELECT id, title, module, position, content, showtitle, params
FROM jos_modules AS m
WHERE m.published = 1
AND m.position = 'debug'
AND m.client_id = 1
ORDER BY m.ordering

I suggest you uncheck both "Active" checkboxes in your JoomlaCloner Config and also set "Manual backup" to Yes

If you still have issues, i suggest you use XCloner as backup software, please read the announcement here http://www.joomlaplug.com/Documentation/XCloner_Documentation/XCloner_-_Standalone_Backup_and_Restore.html

As a side note, you should also run a repair query upon the database tables, you might have some corrupt data there

I decided to use the XClone...but I am still having problems

I get the follow after trying to restore a backup on another site.

What is an "archive_tmp" I don't see that file

You seem to have an error on restore either because the backup archive is incomplete or the restore site does not follow our Requirements page here http://www.joomlaplug.com/Tools/JoomlaCloner/JoomlaCloner_Requirements.html

Try and recheck that, and if you still have issues, open a support ticket and send us your restore location ftp+mysql details to check the process!
