Back up error 2 Years, 11 Months ago

Hello, I am getting this error on trying to back up, it gets to 51% and then it stops.
the error on my server says this. I have it set to manual back up. thats all I know, I thought that it may back up automatic so am not sure of all the settings I need to enter ?

I think the issue you have there is different from that error, to fix that error you would need to make /administrator/components/com_cloner/browser folder with 755 permissions, same for all the files inside it
As for the backup error, i advise on opening a support ticket and send us your site Joomla admin details and url to check the issue

Thanks for the quick answer, change the folder to 755 and it looked ok then said Done after 50% of upload or back up. shall i connect support, maybe it a permission file size issue.
