I have the problem of using a large MySQL DB to a new server, infact I only need to move the DB, the files are already on the new server.

The DB is 180MB in size, this was the statement of my programmer I do not want to hire for this job again and the MySQL File from dumping it via PHP MyAdmin is 16MB in size containing loosely 15,000 products of my VirtueMart shop.

I just run Joomlapack but it seems to be stuck exactly in the VM_Product Part of the backup and so does not work.

Will there be no problem when using the paid version of this software when wanting to move the DB?

P.S.: What will you charge for a move of the MySQL incl. changing the Access parameters of the new Database in the system only and not for a complete move of the site as the files are already on the new server.

HI there! The issues you have could be fixed by running a repair query on your mysql tables. the scripts are not the issue, the database server is closing the connection when reaching that part due to probably some inconsistent data!

You could try using phpmyadmin to export your database records to a CVS format and then import that in your excel application
