I have verified that the website URL is correct, the FTP hostname is accurate (an ip address in this case), the ftp username, the ftp password, and an ftp directory with 777 are all correct. Below is the error I receive. This is my first try at using the software..

HI there! I would advise on following our Restore FAQ here http://www.joomlaplug.com/component/option,com_simplefaq/Itemid,56/task,display/catid,26/ and moving the restore script and backup archive manually to the restore location to continue the restore process
