Error when running joomlastart utility 3 Years, 5 Months ago  
For some reason, I am getting an error when I launch joomlastart

Here is the error:

Error : PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
This is being doe on a localhost running on latest XAMPP
