Thank you for getting this great app this far!! One thing that would help us all with installs is the ability to load the DB with our data.

Scenario: Your setting up a new site for someone/customer. In the past, you have loaded the default Joomla DB product and edited/tweaked it over and over again.

That approach did OK until the lights came on. Now you know how you want to structure basic sections/categories and which modules/mambots you want turned on or off.

It would be so COOL if you could point at a .SQL file in your script in the beginning and have it preload the DB with your data before proceeding to the J! install.

Hi there! Well... i know exactly your problem The only thing you are missing from the picture is that the package would also need to keep it's files also beside the the database structure!

We have gave thing problem a solution with our latest component! We call it JoomlaCloner and it's a backup/clone utility!

How it works is very simple:

- we create a backup of the Joomla site based on some input settings which you are able to select
- we store the backup in a folder of your choice
- you can clone the backup using our Cloning feature on another server, you follow the install instructions and there you go, Problem Solved...

- additionaly you can also let users choose versions of your Clones to be installed from your website, a form will be present on the frontend, they input their ftp details and select the Clone they would like to get and that's it, you can distribute as many clones in as many possible ways as you can imagine!
