No idea what's wrong but i receive this error when using the tool.

Error : PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Could somebody help out??

Means that the archive you have is incomplete, the transfer process might have been stopped before finishing!

I would suggest to try and copy the zip file manually on the server if you still have problems!

Hello
I am getting the same error
Error : PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

The .zip should be fine, I added a lot of extra files into the zip to be included with the joomla installation, and have altered the SQL accordingly.

What can I do to let this new .zip install with joomla.start.

Hey there! The PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT message usually means that the .zip file is either incomplete or has some formating errors! What software did you used to create the zip archive?

An idea would be to try and create a smaller piece of the archive and see how it goes, then increase that with more files!
