Joomla!®Plug

Hi,

I am evaluating JoomlaCloner with the trial version, as so far I have not found a backup option that works for my site as it is rather large.

I start the cloner off with no trouble it runs through the first few thousand files ok then once in a while I get a 500 Internal Server Error message. Which is ok because I refresh the page and it continues ok.

However, it is no longer refreshing and all I get is that error message. Once I hit file 10410 out of 14883 all I get is that error, I have tried jumping up a few files (by altering the data in the address bar) but to no avail it still fails.

I have read that I may need to increase the memory limit of the server, a copy of my php.ini is below:

It has created a backup file so far of 38mb (zip file), but I am unable to download it via the back end because I get the same message. I know I can probably backup up the site in increments, but would prefer to do it in one hit to save admin time. Any help would be appreciated. Kind Regards Matthew
