Well i just made a test, and the Joomla_1.0.12_English_utf-8.zip file was downloaded into the server corectly, however i don't see any modifications from the original Joomla package after restoring that package? What exactly would this package need to do, install it as default language chinese?

hehe, you was cheated.

The package looks like the file I wanted since it has the same name.

Now, you open the ver.txt file I gave you, you will see a link for the package I really want, just click that link and download the package.

You can find that I had made some modification: first, the package size is over 3.0MB, but the package you get with Joomla.Start.php file is only 2.7MB.

Second, I had put three more files into /language to make the package work for Chinese user, those files can't be find in the package you get with Joomla.Start.php file .

Do you see the difference ?

How to explain ?<br><br>Post edited by: baijianpeng, at: 2007/04/04 00:37
