Hello

I dont know what I am doing wrong but I am having some issues when cloning a site. I have numbered my issues below. If you could help me that would be most appreciated.

Issue 1
I would like to be able to clone my site, completely to a blank server. As such I am assuming that I want EVERY file. When I try to create a backup including every file I get the following error: Could not create archive! Unable to open file '/home/SITENAME/public_html/_vti_pvt/service.pwd' in binary read mode [code -2]

What does this error mean? Is this important or should I simply be un-selecting these files to backup?

Issue 2
When I create a backup (with the _vti_pvt dir unselected) it creates the backup without errors. I then browse for the file and click on the 'clone' option. I type in my site details that I would like to clone it to and click on continue. I then recieve the following error:

FTP upload has failed for file /home/wetlock/public_html/administrator/components/com_cloner/Joomla.Cloner.php ! Stopping ....

Can you please tell me what this error is? I have even tried to create the backup file with that dir excluded but the error still occurs.
