The problem seems to be generated from an encoding issue, how did you changed the language to turkish, i am unable to select another language from the Preferences area! Try and see if for the english launguage on frontend the issue is the same!

I tested the account on another server with roundcube included in Joomla and it works fine from there, so it must be a local issue correlated with something i am missing from Roundcube
