Hi there! I think the problem you have is the php path, instead of "/user/bin/php" try to put only "php" or "/usr/bin/php"

I would advise you try also the other cron commands like "links http://mysite.com/administrator/components/com_cloner/cloner.cron.php"

If you still have problems, open a ticket and i will take a look to see what the problem might be!
