In your cpanel backend there is a mysql manager area where you can manage those details! About the database issue, try next time and create the backup with 'Active' checkbox unchecked near the mysqldump line in JoomlaCloner Config

As for the backup path, you will need to adjust that manually to reinstall the component, it will automatically adjust that for you!

Also getting following error when trying to do a backup from new server:

Warning: fopen(/home/joinvwd/public_html//administrator/backups/.excl_tar) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/joinvwd/public_html/administrator/components/com_cloner/cloner.functions.php on line 1460

Any ideas?

Sorry, But the backup is now twice the size it was. Has the database been duplicated somehow?

You need to apply 777(writeable) permissions upon the administrator/backups folder, the old permissions you had on that folder in your original host are not compatible with the new host! Ovidiu
