JoomlaPlug!

Hi, everybody,
I have been trying to install a demo version, but unfortunatelly the system returns a message saying that "Directory /home/joomla/public_html/demo is not writeable or does not exists!" , but as you can see bellow, I gave all permissions for public_html and demo directories. Could you help me, please?


root@server:/home/joomla# ls -lh
total 4.0K
drwx---rwx 3 1004 1004 4.0K Apr 13 21:43 public_html

root@server:/home/joomla/public_html# ls -lh
total 8.0K
drwx---rwx 2 1004 1004 4.0K Apr 13 21:12 demo

You need to set permissions for writing also for the group, i would suggest until you install to set the targeted directories to 777, and after that to the original mode!
