Hi there! It is possible, however users would have to setup somewhere in lets say their profile the IMAP email account id they own and password, however this could lead to a security risk ig the passwords are retrieved by a hacker!

Anyway feel free to add this feature request on our JoomlaCode page here http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/roundcube/ and we will work on it
