JoomlaPlug!

Hello,

I recently purchased your product and I am having problems with it working correctly. When I select to create a new backup I get kicked out of Joomla. When I resign in to the system and go to your component and view download I see the file there but it is very small and as I refresh I can see it is getting larger.

After a few minutes when it is done, I download it to the computer and when I try to unzip it, I get an error "The structure of the archive is damaged (Error #17540)". I have the file type selected as ".tgz"

Any Ideas?

Hi there! About the session issue with login/logout, you need to check this forum post here http://www.joomlaplug.com/component/option,com_fireboard/Itemid,89/func,view/id,2974/catid,12/limit,6/limitstart,6/ and apply that patch to your Joomla 1.0.13 site!

Second, I suggest you set the backup type to TAR in your JoomlaCloner Configuration and also the "Enable direct download link" to Yes from the same area->System tab, or simply download the backup through a ftp client!

Thank you for the prompt reply.

I made the correct changes that you said and now I am getting this error above and below my pages.

Then after that, I get a kicked out to the login screen.

Those errors are generated from the mysql server which times out the connection, however it does not affect the backup status which should be complete! However, you can try the XCloner software we have available for download in your Downloads area, it should fix that issue, make sure you first read the announcement posted near the download link!

I did what you told me to do, now on the front end of my site, i get this error:

You are not authorised to view this resource.

I am not sure how this error is related to JoomlaCloner? On what are do you get that error? Ovidiu
