Hello,
I had a look in the file, but I am unsure which are the basic names. Could you please let me know?
Do I then need to create a new mambot for each pop up on the page?

You would need to change all the names that refer to the html code, basically all the $GLOBALS['jpopup_code'] code would need to be changed and variables properly renamed!
And yes, this is the idea, to create a new mambot for each popup you would like to use, however this is not very easy to achieve since all the code needs to be modified! Maybe you should go with a simpler solution, however i am unsure what that would be in your case!
