I hope this post is okay, not exactly Joomla, but a connection anyway.

I have got Fire board on two of my Joomla websites and I want to upgrade to the very latest version, is there an easy way of doing it, to be quite honest, the support on the fire board forum isn't that good, I wish it was as good as it is on here.

You should check their WIKI page here http://www.bestofjoomla.net/wiki/com_fireboard/release_1.0/upgrading?s=upgrade , they provide there all the info regarding upgrading!
