JoomlaPlug!

OK guys, might be the silliest question around, but i have done the major chunk of things. Cloned and moved everything to my new hosting service, the only thing is that how do i make the joomla.cloner.php script to work ????? im using OS x leopard, and Safari cannot open the script, firefox can, but i get an error when i try to load it.. any help would be much appreciated.

well the Joomla.Cloner.php worked fine through firefox, and i was able to install the files into a filed i called test12 and then in the Joomla, restore folder as well.. Now when i try to type in the address of the files that i restored and try to see if i can view the pages.. i get the following errors.. please help !!!!!!!! What else needs to be done, and how do i make this site live onto my new hosting servers....

This error usually means that the configuration.php file was not updated with the right paths, when restoring did you get a success screen from Joomla.Cloner.php? If so, you should verify the paths to restored the site too, the "Install url" and "Install url:" should point to the full server path address of your new restore location!

I would advise to do this to avoid further issues:

1. copy the restore script we provide and the backup archive to your restore site root
2. launch the "Joomla.Cloner.php" restore script from that location, recheck the paths and use the "Install files directly" option instead of ftp

I also advise reading this manual http://www.joomlaplug.com/files/how_to_use_jcloner.pdf , it should help clear the restore process
