receiving this message after uploading and making ftp connection

We have uploaded the JoomlaStart Installer file on your ftp site, to continue click here - i clicked on link and this message appeared

Unable to open ver.txt! Please download it from http //www joomlaplug.com/files/ver.txt and upload it here as ver.txt
please advise

You need to open and save this file on your computer http //www joomlaplug.com/files/ver.txt then upload it in the same directory as your Joomla.Start.php file then try again
