A ftp host name and a web address are someting different, i suggest you contact your hosting provider and ask them if they can provide you with a correct temporary url address

Are you able to open any page from your site within any web browser? Dreamweaver doesn't counts at it only opens the files and not also execute them, this way ftp is used

Ok, that is a web address! If you can access that, then simply upload the restore script in the same location as index.php file and then access http://67.453.12.34/mysite.co.uk/XCloner.php in your browser, it should work and display the restore form

Ok, I have already done that,

Ive manually uploaded my backup to the new hosting account and Ive managed to access the /joomla.cloner.php

within the form it asks me to enter my ftp details......this is where I get stuck.
